The course contents were high-quality, from the clarity of the Connection Model to the inclusion of many resources and outside readings, and were never boring. I was particularly impressed with and interested in the Physical Connection section, as I learned a great deal about the physiological underpinnings of how Arts Engagement can improve one's wellness. Altogether, this is a great course and I would recommend it to everyone interested in how to incorporate music, dance, drawing, painting, writing or any other art form in practice!
